Luggage

We recommend that all passengers pack simply, lightly and into one soft luggage bag (and one dive bag if diving).

Please be aware that if you are flying with Airnorth Regional link, you will have a maximum baggage allowance of 13kg per person. Qantas, Virgin Blue and Skywest allow 20kg per person on domestic flights. Please confirm these limits with relevant airline prior to travel.

All guests travelling on a 7 night Southern Kimberley Experience, a 4 night Quintessential Kimberley Coast Escape, or a 4 night Fishing Adventure, will receive a complimentary Great Escape travel bag. This will be mailed to you with your final documents approximately 4 weeks prior to departure. There is a 10 kilogram luggage allowance on these cruises due to the weight restrictions on the helicopter and light aircraft transfers. Your bags will be weighed before departure so we kindly ask that you fit all your belongings into your Great Escape duffle bag within this allowance so as to avoid re-packing and leaving items behind that fall in excess of 10 kilograms. If you need to take a piece of hand-luggage with you, please ensure the combined weight of both items does not exceed 10kg. If you are embarking upon an extended holiday and have luggage in addition to your Great Escape cruise bag, please mention this to your Cruise Coordinator and we will be happy to store this for the duration of your cruise.
