Our award-winning chef prepares a unique and varied daily menu of contemporary Australian gourmet cuisine, using fresh and wholesome produce including the wonderful Kimberley flavours we take you out to catch.

You will enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and three course evening meal, as well as morning and afternoon tea daily, and any special requests or requirements are catered to with special care and attention.
