Nick has been winning people’s hearts via their tummies for a few years now. Nick came to Great Escape after working in a well known Margaret River winery, and is a purveyor of fine food. He loves to create his own gastronomic delights and with his great knowledge of our local, Kimberley produce you will be in for a deliciious treat of seafood and freshly prepared salads. Nothing is too much trouble for Nick, and he loves a challenge if you prefer that something different.
