Mitchell is our award-winning chef all the way from Tasmania, who has been working in kitchens since he was just 15! He is happy to call The Great Escape galley his office, where the incredible Kimberley coastline is in full view, and where he creates inspired breakfast, lunches and dinners daily, not to mention those delicious morning and afternoon teas.

Mitch has travelled extensively overseas, and when he’s not busy impressing guests with his five-star fare, you will find him wondering through the great outdoors, be it sailing, diving, swimming or surfing.
