Vessel Master

Jezza started his working life as a boat builder then moved on to skipper his own vessel in the crayfishing industry off Geraldton gaining invaluable experience on the West Australia coast. Each year he would travel to Broome in the off-season to visit his brother Chris where they would take every opportunity to explore a little more of the Kimberley Coast. Finally Jezza realised his heart was no longer in crayfishing, it was in the Kimberley and he took the plunge and moved his family to Broome and was welcomed with open arms by the team at The Great Escape.

Not only has Jezza proved himself a great skipper and knowledgeable member of the team, he is also a keen photographer who can talk for hours about cameras, shutter speeds and lighting conditions.
